  3. Ronda, I read your story on Nancy's blog and I am quite impressed! Pregnant and you added a floor to your cabin? I can barely work my electric staple gun properly! ;) Your work with the teens sounds very fulfilling. They are lucky to have such a generous (and talented) supporter.

    1. I'm thrilled to meet you Kim! Thank you for being so encouraging. Carpentry is only something I do when I see it needs doing- much like firewood. Personally I'd rather be baking.

  4. Ronda! I am so glad for the chance to finally hear your story, and see the pictures of your home. You are an amazing woman, and have grit and determination that more of our world needs to have - never give up, even when life throws curve balls at you! What a blessing for you to be able to give back to the kids who need it so much, I know that has to be a very fulfilling thing for you to do. Your tapestries and weaving are amazing, and it seems you are just overflowing with talent! Blessings to you and your daughter today :)

  6. You are absolutely fascinating. I just ADORE your bird bath, and the little sweater you made and everything else in between. I blogged for 7 years, but had to stop this January to put time elsewhere, but I still visit blogs because of the wonderful stories I encounter, the lovely people behind the stories. I must come back next time you post! Anita
